QCBR Spring Parade of Homes 2019

Can you believe it is already that time of year!? We will have two spectacular homes for you to visit for the QCBR Spring Parade of Homes both are custom built by Aspen Homes.  As always the Parade is free and you can pick-up parade packets at your local Hy-Vee.

Now lets take a look at these beautiful homes we will be showing off in 2019!

 

First we have a brand new custom built Aspen Home at 4709 Cottage Lane in Bettendorf. This custom build is part of The Woodlands addition that is well underway with phase 2 of its development. There are walking trails, stocked ponds, and tons of space. Located at middle road and 53rd Street this neighborhood is changing the landscape of Bettendorf as a whole. Along with the spectacular homes being built by Aspen Homes, and Windmiller Design Build there is also a commercial space along 53rd that will be conveniently located and accessible by a short walk from The Woodlands.
